A:Most pan orders can be processed within 30 to 36 hours from the time they are picked up at your bakery to the time they are returned.
A:Pan Glo® will process any quantity of pans you may have whether it be just one or ten thousand. The only time there is a minimum is when pans are transported by Pan Glo® Transport or Pan Glo® Services, and that minimum is 2,200 pans.
A:You can use your own carrier or Pan Glo® offers pickup and delivery services through Pan Glo® Transport and Pan Glo® Services for an additional per pan fee. The per-pan cost is calculated using the distance from your bakery to the Pan Glo® facility at which the pans will be processed and the quantity of pans. A minimum quantity of 2,200 pans is required for us to provide transportation.
A:The use of pan oil depends on the products you bake. Most bread and cake products will require some oil. However, most bun and roll products require no oil for suitable product release.
A:Washing glazed pans is not recommended. Usually wiping the surface with a dry, soft cloth or brush is all that is needed. However, cake products usually require washing so water should be used at no more than 120º F and any detergent used should not be alkaline in nature. High pressure water should ordinarily not be used; however, if it is necessary, the pressure should be kept under 20 psi.

A:The straightening process utilizes custom metal and epoxy dies along with the use of hydraulics to flatten any bends or warping while simultaneously removing dents in your pans.
A:AMERICOAT® Plus glaze is a silicone based bakery release coating, and, therefore, contains no PFOA or PTFE.
