1.) The Straightening Process (Optional)

The straightening process utilizes proprietary dies and hydraulics to straighten bends or warping and remove dents from the pans.

2.) The Cleaning Process

The first step in the cleaning process utilizes a proprietary cleaning solution to remove heavy greases and carbon from the pans.

3.) The Rinsing Process: Step 1

The pans are rinsed in heated fresh water and are inserted into an alkaline detergent cleaning solution for 1 to 8 hours to remove carbon buildup and food residue from the pans.

4.) The Rinsing Process: Step 2

After the detergent soak, the pans are rinsed again in fresh water and inserted into a sanitizing solution to remove any remaining organic materials and stains from the metal substrate.

5.) The Rinsing Process: Step 3

The pans are rinsed again and inserted into a mild acid solution to neutralize any remaining alkalinity and then placed into a conveyorized pan washer which utilizes fresh water under high pressure and temperature to rinse the remaining soils and residues from the pans.

6.) The Drying Process

After the final rinsing process is complete, the pans are dried in industrial ovens and, if you do not require coating, are ready to be shipped to the bakery.

7.) The Coating Process

Once the pans have been dried the pans are coated with a silicone release coating (if required) and cured in high temperature batch ovens.

8.) Pan Shipment

After curing, the pans are ready for shipping to the customer. Pans not requiring the application of a silicone release coating are ready for shipment after the washing/drying cycle.
